Australia-wide Shipping Options

We offer flat rate standard shipping of $13.95 Australia-wide for orders under $159. If your order is over $159, we'll ship it free!

Delivery is normally 3-7 business days from the time of order, however remote locations may take longer.

We ship with Australia Post's eParcel service which offers a trackable service and the widest possible coverage.

Unfortunately, we are unable to send orders via express post at this stage.

International Shipping Options

We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $45.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel's trackable service. Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for it. If you need to follow up on the progress of your consignment, please contact Australia Post directly with this tracking number.

We are so confident that you will be happy with your Seedling Baby order that we happily provide a 14 day money back guarantee on product that is returned unused, unwashed and with it's original packaging still in place/attached to the product.

Please note that our 14 day money back guarantee is only available for purchases made through our website, and not for purchases made through a stockist. Please note that shipping for this kind of return is your responsibility.
